30-Minute Easy Grilled Chicken and Vegetables
One of the most important rules of a healthy diet is undoubtedly to set meal times and not go beyond the specified. Especially for breakfast, which is the most important meal of the day, early morning should be preferred. Breakfast should be served during these hours when the metabolism is working fast. 3 main and 3 snacks should be made daily and 4 hours should be left between the main meals. Refreshments should be made 2 hours after the main meals. However, it should be noted that the last snack is at least 2 hours before going to sleep. A small and frequent meal helps keep blood sugar in balance throughout the day. In order not to eat too many calories in main meals, the body should be supported with meals and the need to eat more should be blunted. In the snacks, raw dried nuts, herbs and vegetables, dried or fresh fruit, yogurt, milk or healthy exercises can be preferred. In the main meals, protein – vegetable balance should be established and if one meal contains vegetables, care should be taken to take protein in the other meal. Swelling and indigestion can also be reduced by passing as little and as few calories as possible at dinner.
